Supervised crews constructing a 120 ft. DIA. x 50 Ft tall tank and (2) 150 ft. DIA. By 50 ft. tall tanks with internal pontoon floating roofs. Inside coating and outside paint. Tanks were Hydro exempted. On site safety and wrote all permits (Guernsey, WY.)
Supervised crews constructing a 150-ft. x 47 ft. 11 in. tall tank with internal bulkhead pan floating roof. Supervised all aspects of job from excavation of ground work for concrete ring wall (tanks foundation) went over geotechnical report with contractors checked that specs. On concrete was right as far as Slump, air content, and breaking strength. Supervised compaction testing on back fill of ring wall. Watched over tank hydro test, and discharge of water sat up water test before discharge and state permits. On site safety and QC. Keep records on all aspects of job. Made sure tank was built to API 650 code. Wrote out all permits for job. Hot work, Confined space and JSA’s. (Dore, ND.)

This was a hydro exempt location. Supervised crews on this location that were cleaning 5 tanks that were taken out of service.
