Within the dental facility, I managed the front office, processed records, schedule patients’ appointments, and performed routine maintenance on dental equipment, while doing so; I kept a detailed log of daily activities within the facility. I communicated verbal and written to the officers the patients’ needs; as well as translated the procedures to the patient in a simpler version, now known as KISS.
