Be knowledgeable on the restaurant menu, all ice creams, milk shakes, smoothies and cakes.
Take customer cake orders, know size options and their servings along with their cake and ice cream flavor combinations that are available.

Opening requires disarming the alarm code, making sure closers correctly cleaned the night prior, start warming wet toppings (fudge and caramel), make fresh waffle cones and warmly greet guests.
Closing requires to correctly mop, take out all trash cans in our building, sweep, disinfect tables and all counters. Key holders specifically clean our serving area meaning all scoopers, knives, fruit and topping containers are cleaned thoroughly at the end of the night and all items are placed ready to be used the next day.
Regular cleaning throughout our shift- wiping tables, washing dishes and sweeping when necessary.
