Objective

I am a self-motivated, ambitious, out going, and hard working person with a desire for knowledge, who is seeking a new challenging and exciting position. ·Serving as a generalist in all of the areas in this lab (including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, manual testing, and blood bank), Liat molecular testing which included running QC (and troubleshooting) and patients

·Perform root cause analysis to improve quality and laboratory processes including procedural changes

·Performing internal lab audits within the lab and with hospital staff as well

·Teach, guide, and advise techs, students, or CLA’s to make educated decisions with patient testing or machine troubleshooting as well as complex and difficult testing especially in hematology that requires special knowledge

·Serving as a generalist when needed in all of the areas in this lab (including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, manual testing, and blood bank)

·Also helped front end staff answer phones, or receive specimens when needed

·Analyzing, troubleshooting, and reporting values to the hospital and oncology doctors and nurses

·Answered doctors, nurses, clients, and coworkers questions and calls

·Perform internal lab audits and hospital audits with nursing staff
