Retired $1.9M USD in secured and unsecured debt, cleaned Balance Sheet, and worked with Dunn and Bradstreet to achieve highest D&B rating in 2019. Introduced predictable, repeatable operational processes via standard operating procedures (SOPs), key performance indicators (KPIs), training, and movement of financial back office to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Sales and Marketing – After reorganization, grew top line revenues from $3.5M USD to $15M in 2 years. Increased EBITDA from negative net of sales to over 20% during the same period. Expanded customer base from two logistical lanes with one major customer to over a dozen lanes with six major customers. Expanded service offerings to include manufacturing and engineering services in addition to logistics. Maintained strategic relationships with field operations and HQ stakeholders.
- Mergers and Acquisitions – successfully led company sale in June 2021 for 7-figure deal. Prepared company Confidential Memo and assisted brokers with investment package. Guided responses to due diligence requirements and collaborated with attorneys to negotiate final contracts. Managed conclusion of banking relationships and transition of sales, marketing, insurance, legal, operational, and technical contracts to new ownership.

Increased top-line company revenues by 500% over three-year period. Established DHS Program Management Office (PMO) and added 3 DHS departments to client roster in 24 months.
- Business Transformation – Created company Technical Services business function. Introduced Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Interactive (CMMI) Level III performance management systems (including program documentation and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)), hybrid Xtreme/DSDM Software Development methodology for rapid application development, Earned Value Management (EVM)-centric project control methods, and transformed financial management systems to GAAP and passed 2 independent Defense Contracting Audit Agency (DCAA) audits allowing company to win multi-million-dollar Federal contracting awards.
