● Identify hardware/software problems that contribute to Ice-Man mainframe response time, application availability, etc. (CPU usage. Spool percentage, etc.)

● Document and initiate request in Kintana (problem reporting application) for each Delphi call received after normal working hours, escalate requests as necessary while communicating with technical support staff

● Execute console commands to start, cancel, restart adabas's and job processes as required. (SDSF, ADABAS, CICS, COM-PLETE, Comrol-M, Control-D, etc.)

● Execute print jobs on 4635 XEROX Laser and 6262 IBM Impact printers by issuance of MVS commands from mainframe attached consoles

● Operate MVS mainframe attached console for system monitoring and activation of network communication lines, controllers and printers

● Operate 3480 IBM and 4670 StorageTek tape drives from MVS mainframe attached console.
