I created the standards for food preparation and collection and created the process to harvest an organizational tax benefit that resulted in a savings of over $700,000.

Operational oversight of 21 restaurants within Cleveland Hopkins International Airport Airports with an annual budget more than $20 million.

Directed a complete operational reconstruction for an account in jeopardy. Complete overhaul of leadership team, business processes and logistics. Achieved positive cash flow within 6 months of assuming responsibility. Duties included budget planning and administration; strategic sales and marketing planning for airport restaurants; responsibility for sales, customer service, accounting, human resources, loss prevention, maintenance, and operations departments.
