Entrusted with the responsibility to handle the State of Tamil Nadu.
Look after the entire gamut of Accounting and Financial Functions entailing timely and accurate accounting and Credit Management.
Managing the complete maintenance and accounting activities of Revenue generated from Own Centers (4 Centers) and Network Centers (36 Centers) across Tamil Nadu.
Lead and Manage a Team of 40 Professionals, including selection/hiring, objective setting, performance management, coaching/development and training.
Controller of Accounts Receivables through proper Internal Systems and Procedures. Interacting with Business Group Heads on B/R issues and ensures Collection of B/R on time.
Ensuring control over Accounts Payables through Vendor selection, Negotiation, Contract Management and stringent Credit Terms.
Interacting with Employees on Policies, Schemes, Payroll issues and settlements etc.
Reviewing P & L Statement and Balance Sheet Reconciliation on a Monthly basis and provide Analysis on P & L costs and income.

Value Added Tax – Preparation and filing of CST/VAT return on a monthly basis and ensure timely monthly Payment of Output CST/VAT.
Effect Cost Management and implement Economic Value Added (EVA) concept and its application in Daily Operations for Management Reporting and Operating Decisions.
Responsible for all accounting activities and Comply with Taxation and Tax Returns.
