I specialized in assisting the senior doctor with patient pre-testing. This involved quickly learning to use new medical equipment and run any technology we chose to onboard with ease. While in this occupation, I had many other roles as well. I quickly excelled at customer service and would answer phone calls from potential customers, schedule appointments, file away patient information on a complex computer system, and handle any questions sent via email. Additionally, I learned good interpersonal communication while there and how to handle difficult situations with patients. Lastly, I tallied our transactions which provided me with experience in managing finances.
