To whom it may concern,
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. An actual resume is difficult for me because I have been out of the workforce for a number of years now as I have been receiving SSDI for over 10 years. Before that time, I worked for an inbound call center as a Customer service rep for Coldwater Creek Catalog company taking phone orders, processing returns and problem solving whatever issue was brought to me. I also worked on the mail order team processing mail orders. I was responsible for daily deposits, as well. I have worked at Mountain Health Care which was a multi physician office. I was a receptionist and my job was to answer multiple phone lines, schedule and reschedule patient appointments, filing and any other duties given by the doctors. Going back even farther, I worked as a CNA/Unit Clerk at Shoshone Medical Center. Now, either the places or the people no longer exist to put on a resume and I’m aware that basically means I have zero experience. However, I do have the experience. I was good at my jobs and I love customer service. I’m 49 years old now, I live with a single roommate. I know the importance of being a good worker and I have good ethics. Please don’t bypass me as not qualified. I have a total of 10 years working with people, it’s just been awhile ago but I still know what I’m doing.
Sincerely,
Shannon Duncan
