I have been a Care Coordinator, Human Services specialist and Life Skills mentor/coach for 20 years specializing in trauma support, mindfulness for healing and somatic awareness. I approach my work with great care and focus entirely on my clients’ sense of well- being and transformation. My areas of expertise and ongoing professional development include in depth, up to date study of psychology and all related behavioral health modalities and approaches, Human Development, Social Change, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Trauma Informed Care, and Integration. In one-on-one mentorship I work directly with women and women’s health coordination addressing biological, social, emotional development including, embodied healing, restoration, resilience, and Community resilience which I have also applied in my advocacy work. Care coordination, advocacy, and mentorship creates a sanctuary for the soul where true healing can occur in this space of safety. Through wisdom, guidance, mindfulness, and somatic awareness my clients experience ongoing support, evolving care plans, lasting resolution, healing, and growth. I am a mother, teacher, advocate, mentor, program developer, coordinator and coach who utilizes a vast array of modalities for each client, whose care and ability to thrive is my deepest calling.

My deepest passion is trauma informed and trauma integrative approaches to care across all spheres of public health, specializing in coordinating services for vulnerable populations and advocating for the individuals, family systems and communities impacted by systemic issues, particularly trauma, toxic stress, and adversity.
