I am an accomplished manager with more than seven years of experience driving innovation through analytics, solution development, and thought leadership for organizations. Passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), I have created and executed successful employee-driven initiatives in multiple professional environments resulting in higher company morale and increased topline revenue by fifteen percent. In my spare time, I serve as a commissioner for the African American Resource Advisory Commission, where I get to help my community by participating in discourse with government and citizen-run agencies.
