Preparing Minutes of Executive Management Committee and constantly following up with Executive Management Team on decided action points for further discussion at the next scheduled meeting.
Preparing Minutes of Management Meeting and relating directives.
Preparing Minutes of Board of Management Meeting (Board Sub-Committee) and preparing and circulating directives
Preparing Minutes of the Board Legal Advisory Committee when required and circulating directives.
Prepare Draft for Matters Arising from Board Meetings for vetting by General Manager
Coordinating with departmental heads within the organization
