Increased personal responsibility with the founding of the corporate division while maintaining all other responsibilities from my previous title.
Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities for the Team and Corporate Division of the Company.
Established EFootwear as an ASI distributor and supplier resulting in more than 200 new customers and creating countless new revenue streams for the company.
Simultaneously maintained pre-existing contracts with sports teams across levels including travel teams with more than 500 players, high schools with both men’s and women’s sports teams, and NCAA Collegiate Teams.
Hired 5 new sales professionals during this time to train and help further expand the Team and Corporate Division.
Founded and grew the custom online team store business to produce more than $1,000,000 in revenue per year.
Business Owner – Team Division Founder and Retail Manager 1988 - 2016
Took a start-up venture from zero sales to $7 million in 10 years during this period.
Founded the Team Division of EFootwear while simultaneously managing all daily activities for the Retail Division.
Restructured and streamlined numerous manual applications to digital which enhanced accuracy and improved ease of use across divisions.
Forged relationships with major sporting good’s manufacturers including Under Armour, Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Asics, and SanMar among many others creating a completely independent revenue stream for the company.
Established business with leading NCAA teams in the area including Villanova University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Delaware, Widener University, Ursinus College, and many others.
Oversaw countless other facets of the business including hiring and HR, building maintenance, and billing for both accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Led the expansion of the business during this period with the procurement of a 16,000 sq. ft warehouse.
