As Food and Beverage worker, I have initial contact towards customers. I am responsible for ensuring the consistency of good service and quality products for high customer satisfactions. I assure to maintain a safe, clean and comfortable dining environment at all times. Handling and resolving costumers’ complaints and addressing any question or comments that costumer may have given.

Maintaining good speed of service at all times.

Clean or sanitize work areas and equipment.

Observing the proper food presentation before serving to customers.

Ensuring that all foods are delivered in highest and best quality.

Following the strict compliance regarding to company standards and standard operating procedures

Describe menu items to customer or suggest products that might appeal to them that brings good upsell for the store.

Receive and process customer’s payment in accurate manners.

Knowledgeable and reliable about the products descriptions.
