From a 40,000 square foot facility just outside our nation's capital, we service over 500 restaurants, hotels, and caterers - from Delaware to Richmond, VA. Oversee warehouse operations. Direct the transportation of goods from the production site to consumers. Develop and implement a logistics process that complies with the current DOT regulations. Inventory fresh, baked goods. Review and approve purchase orders. Served as the manager of both the packing and distribution departments. Also as the senior staff manager during the second shift (for two years).

Key Accomplishments:

Took over the packing division when the position was unexpectedly vacated. Trained and developed a leadership team and increased efficiencies by reducing the complaints department while ensuring proper coverage and problem resolution. (Staff of 60 with an annual labor budget of $2.1m).
