Main Duties Performed

Prepare daily HSE site inspection and observation report and submit to the HSE Manager.

Conduct daily toolbox talks with work supervisor to discuss day activities and associated hazard prevention.

Check daily work permit and required attachment and live plant requirements, conduct daily pre-job start safety inspection in live areas, daily periodic equipment.

Safety monitoring at work areas and construction site .

Conduct safety inspection on elevated area, scaffolding, and report to concern supervisor for rectification of the unsafe condition or loose materials on the structure to prevent accident.
