-Work in partnership with other departments to identify performance gaps and specific training needs in order to support future job performance of staff, adjusting training curricula, instructional materials, learning objectives and other aspects of training accordingly, in collaboration with the subsidiary’s HR Manager and Management Board.

-Conduct the elaboration and creation of training programs, instructional materials, and training events, thus ensuring quality and relevance of training contents and the most appropriate presentation of training contents to the target group.

-Provide technical support in provision of training, including internal and external trainers (both full time and part-time), line managers, and subject matter experts.

-Provide “Training of Trainers” and “Coaching Skills Training” to all staff members constantly or regularly involved in delivery of training, and any other training to enhance the training skills and capacity of the above-mentioned internal trainers and subject matter experts.

-Manage and organize on-time provision of training for operations, back office, head office departments, and others as appropriate, including planning, assignment of trainers, training content design and development of instructional materials, logistics related to training delivery, training evaluation, and on-the-job follow up after classroom training.

-Deliver regular classroom trainings and one-off training seminars, together with subject matter experts, as assigned.

-Monitor the quality of internal and external training, through participation in sessions, post-training interviews with participants, review of evaluation forms filled out by participants, and other methods.

-Ensure that New Employee Orientation (NEO) training is in compliance with global standards and is conducted for each new employee.

-Maintain an up-dated inventory of existing external training providers in the country, conducting research on their training offerings, including participating in sample trainings, as appropriate.

-Generate monthly L&D report, including data verification, reporting L&D efficiency, performance, to be shared with Subsidiary management Board and Global L&D team

-Monitor and analyze impact, utilization and satisfaction level of courses and programs and provide recommendations for improvement to achieve business results and increase job performance.

-With support of Global L&D Specialist administer digital course/program content, materials and kits.

-Project management of language integration of digital courses to ensure translation of courses and training materials into local languages.

-Work with Global L&D Specialist to ensure proper system performance of the Global LMS

-Manage L&D documents and version control, both within the Global LMS and any other repositories used by the organization.

-Ensure that all personnel files are maintained and updated in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensure confidentiality of employee files in accordance with established policies, update employment documentation, as required. Liaise with the Legal Department to ensure that all employment-related documentation is in compliance with local law. Ensure that employment documentation serves the information needs of the organization as well as legal requirements. In collaboration with the HR Manager, update employment documentation, as required.

-Ensure accurate and timely institutional responses to all employment related enquiries, including employment applications, reference checks, and confirmations of employment, or others, in accordance with local legislation and established policies and procedures.

-Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including the Provide HRIS reports to senior management as required. Provide support as needed to resolve issues related with employee termination, or other HR-related problems.

-Oversee employee benefits administration, liaising with benefits providers and ensuring that providers deliver quality services to employees. Ensure that systems are in place to collect feedback on employee benefits and to answer questions from employees on the benefits program.

-For the purpose of identifying if newly hired employees have social insurance card and providing social security card to the employee.

-In collaboration with IT department to take an active part in solving issues occurred in timesheets of employees. To check timesheets at the end of each month and based on the records of timesheets to submit to finance department together with required additional documents and information.

-Serve as liaison between the HR Department and other departments in implementing company payroll system, employee benefits, and other personnel-related systems, policies, and procedures, as required.

-Monitor local labor legislation and regulations, and liaise with the Legal Department to ensure that the company always remains in compliance with Azerbaijan laws.

-In collaboration with the HRM develop HR policies, systems, and procedures, including regular reviews and updates of the Personnel Manual.

-In collaboration with the HRM oversee all HR systems, policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and with other systems, policies, and procedures, as well as to ensure compliance by all staff members.

Employee Recruitment & Selection part 75%

-Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process, as defined in the FINCA Azerbaijan Human Resources Manual, ensuring to determine timely and cost effective recruitment and selection processes.

-Design and maintain/update FINCA Azerbaijan job application forms, screening tests, and other recruitment-related documentation.

-Prepare and place job vacancy advertisements, with input from line managers and the Human Resources manager, as required.

-Collect applications for posted job vacancies, as well as general applications, and maintain the FINCA Azerbaijan job applicants’ database.

-Conduct initial reviews of job applications for relevance to posted vacancies, organize and conduct interviews, as required, and prepare short-lists of candidates in collaboration with the relevant line manager and the HR Manager.

-Design selection processes, including interviews, tests, and other methods, and ensure that selection processes are carried out in accordance with FINCA Azerbaijan’s standards, as defined in the Human Resources Manual.

-Conduct reference checks and background checks on job applicants, as required.

-Communicate on behalf of FINCA Azerbaijan to all job applicants with respect to their status relative to employment vacancies.

-Participate on FINCA’s behalf at career fairs and other events, as applicable.

-Monitor and Evaluate FINCA Azerbaijan recruitment processes and proactively define ways to improve these processes over time, making recommendations for improvements to the Human Resources Manual as appropriate.

-Design and conduct the standard New Employee Orientation program, as per FINCA Azerbaijan policies and procedures.

-Plan and execute a customized orientation program for each new hire, supplementing the standard New Employee Orientation program as appropriate, ensuring that new employees are inducted and socialized into the organization in accordance with FINCA Azerbaijan standards, and that they receive at the outset the training and resources needed for business success.

-Conduct and document an initial assessment and training needs analysis of new recruits, and communicate this to the relevant line manager and Performance Management Coordinator.
