ACTIVITIES
With my advanced Leadership Training and Management education, I’ve taking these skills and developed ways to improve training in a new and changing environment. I created training plans that motivates individuals in completing tasks in a timely manner, and kept them well informed which made it easy for the individuals to retain and teach others on the team.
Power Point Presentations (PPT) where a large and continuing way to present schedules and training plans to the leadership. Monthly meetings were held to plan and layout schedules of the upcoming events which were presented by PPT’s.
Maintenance Readiness Plans (MRP) was sent out Annually, the MRP’s kept a list of all Battalion assists, each owning Unit would take their portion of the plan and create a schedule for their equipment services and repairs to be completed, that is what was accomplished by me to create the Unit MRP using EXCEL.
