Leading a team of 25 resources responsible for reliable & cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery of fresh produce, staples and Industrial Agri inputs from across Pakistan.

The key accountabilities include procurement, sorting, packing, labeling, quality control, first mile dispatch, invoicing, bookkeeping and payables along with effective liquidation of returns.

Developed supplier qualification system based on quality, reliability & documentation, and qualified 35 suppliers out of the pool of over 300 entities.

Actualized 28% savings in labor costs by head count rationalization.

Performed feasibility studies on new launches and introduced 26 new SKUs to date Last Mile and Fulfillment Manager Tazah Technologies Sept 2021 – Dec 2021

• Having joined city launch team in hyper care period, I helped acquire fulfillment center property, took tele-sale orders of up to 200 customers, and personally delivered goods to initial pool of customers.

• Recruited a team of 15 FC staff including FC in charge, last mile supervisor, returns officer, admin assistant, cashier and labor. Defined job descriptions, shift rosters, deliverables and KPIs.

• Developed & ensured adherence to SOPs of time sensitive last mile dispatch of perishable goods, fleet management, storage & handling, labor practices, bookkeeping, spot sales and returns.

• Actualized 30% reduction in fake orders by virtue of data analytics & counselling.

• Worked closely with Demand & Commercial teams to ensure orders are fulfilled.

• Training delivery agents to use fleet management software (Locus), load optimization, cash handling, returns management & spot sales.
