I started off as a courtesy clerk when I was 16. By 18 I was the fastest and most E cient checker in the district. An I worked my way up to front end manager. Where I was in charge of all the checkers. So time management skills where really important. I had to make sure everyone got their breaks on time, lunch’s, and where relieved to go home. While I took care eight self check out machines. I had to learn how to x them. While I was there I did everything an anything that needed to be done. I worked gm, dairy, le maintenance which I was getting trained to take over the department. I was reliable even at a young age. I was the store assistant’s protégé. I would nish everything they didn’t have time to nish, they trusted me a lot of responsibility. I was getting trained at everything, because they seen my work ethic, believed in my ambition, an always had top notch customer service. I had tremendous product knowledge. An always went up and beyond for customers. I’m a people person so I loved what I did. Developed and maintained reporting procedures for tracking the effectiveness of various programs.
