Operations Manager PFP and West Coast Operations June 2011 to Jan 2016

Promoted to lead PFP and West Coast Operations in Tustin, CA

Evaluated, developed and upgraded the skills and quality of the operations staff by utilizing Six Sigma concepts, Kaizen events and continuous improvement activities.

Designed and implemented SOP`s that centralized and optimized inventory management based on Theory of Constraints best practices. Improved inventory turns from 2.0 to over 3.5 in only 18 months.
