I’m currently responsible for the day-to-day function of the office which includes making sure all supplies, forms and items needed for the daily flow of the office are kept stocked. Processed payroll for 160-170 employees including direct deposit and physical checks. Processed and tracked wage garnishments, child support garnishments, paid State and Federal payroll taxes. Maintained employee status to include any payroll changes for newly hired and current employees. Monitored PTO and sick account balances. Processed all Food Stamp benefits, verified employment and printed wage stubs that were misplaced by the employee. Verified employment and wages when requested. Payroll was eliminated, in house, and my position was outsourced to a large payroll company.

I was responsible for coordinating and enlisting volunteers. Teaching a 10- week program that also integrated other agencies that are also involved in providing services for Domestic Violence. I worked on an on-call 24-hour weekly rotation, fielding calls and providing emergency assistance and counseling services that also involved determining eligibility for placement in one of the organization's safe houses. I was also responsible for fundraising projects.
