Achievements:
The paediatric practice I worked for reported a 90-100% turn over while in previous years, it was less than 80%. I gained the practice accounts manager status after the previous employee left on pension.
I have also been a team leader while working as a quality consultant at an inbound-outbound call centre for a medical courier company. In my team there were 16 consultants working under my delegation.
