Roles & Responsibilities:-

The operation management in term on my present roll in the company can be described by taking care of every aspect since starting from the set-up of the Outlet i.e project execution, liasioning, housekeeping management, Man Management, setting up a team & lead them to the success.

Some of the key responsibilities are as mentioned below:-

Recruiting, training and supervising staff.

Agreeing and managing budgets

USP of Venky’s Xprs is the hygienically processed quality of delicious food, so special encompass on hygienic conditions of the outlets, by the means of housekeeping management, strictly following SOPs, regular hygiene audits of the outlets.

Promoting and marketing the business, Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports, Producing staff rotas Setting targets.

Overseeing stock levels, Ordering supplies

Handling customer enquiries and complaints

Keeping statistical and financial records, Assessing and improving profitability

Handling administration and paperwork

Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
