* Staff record administration including holiday and sickness tracking
Retail- & Fleet Claims Clerk:
* Handle claims on GM Global Connect Warranty system to claim Retail & Sales Incentives.
* Ensuring all applicable documents attached to all claims
* Reconcile payouts with claims submitted
Vehicle Administrator:
* Process incoming units with GRN and invoicing to bring into stock
* Invoicing dealers and handling inter dealer transfers
* Retail Sales reporting
* Transfer dealer demo’s onto floor plan
* Manage payment of all units on floor plan
* Stock taking of used and new vehicles
Personal Assistant:
* Assist Dealer Principal and sales manager with scheduling of meetings, correspondence and note-taking.

* Create repair order, costing of repair order, invoicing and credits
* Review warranty repair orders for proper completion, accuracy and legibility according to applicable policies and procedures
