Coordinate with Operations and Distribution Centers to ensure shipments achieve customer promise dates. Includes intervention and coordination efforts such as “credit hold” releases and securing shipment authorizations from customers.

Coordinate outsourcing of components required for Tyger River Plant product: Duties include selection of items to quote, cost comparisons, routing/mbom maintenance, and daily contact with suppliers and Operations to ensure on-time deliveries

Manage the logistics of transferring product from Distribution Centers for product modification - includes initiation of transfer from DC to TRP and return shipments to DC.

Manage daily customer contact concerning lead-time quotes, product status, and expected delivery dates.

Communicate and coordinate supplier expedite status to Operations.

Supervise operative associates in Shipping and Receiving Depts., including scheduling weekend coverage for plant support
