Thoughtful and organized multi-tasker with six years of cashier experience as well as 3 years self employment customer service. I aslo have 5 months remote work from home customer service. Able to self-motivate, prioritize, and effectively work to complete many tasks calmly under pressure. I am able to keep my calm and work through the situations. I am able to consistently exceed KPIs by using custom and pre-defined call scripts. Excellent interpersonal skills and an expert in conflict management. Tech-savvy, with the aptitude to ramp up on new systems and processes quickly. I have watched my mother for years be a data entry clerk so I have lots of knowledge and am willing to put in the effort to learn as much more as I can. I love being able to work from home. I am very self motivated and a quick learner. I tried my first work from home customer service representive position last November and absolutely loved it. I worked from November 2021 to February 2022 for Holland America Line and loved it. I showed up every day and spent all day on the phone taking calls to book new trips, cancel trips, change the excursions, add flights and rescheduled plenty of bookings due to covid-19. I absolutely loved my job. The only reason i am not still doing this job was due to me never getting paid. i was working through a contractor and i learned the hard way i cant force them to pay me for the work i did. Im looking for a legit work from home position that i can enjoy and actually get paid and hopefully somewhere i can work long term. Experience
