Family Medicine practitioner with a broad scope of practice skills, including management of chronic medical conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes, and Hyperlipidemia. I provided routine preventative care during Adult Physicals, Pediatric Well Child Exams, as well as management of pediatric sick visits. I also provided primary care for HIV patients and patients within a homeless population via our mobile unit.
