Designs 1st Inc., President 1991 – Present

Design, prepared construction documents, and managed construction of high end custom homes and remodels, multi-family projects, assisted living and memory care facilities, and light commercial projects. Prepared and processed project entitlement documents and construction plans and permits. Interfaced with all governing agencies and utility providers, interacted with community members affected by our projects.
