Jan 2019 – Nov 2021: Dynamic Greenhouse Inc. – Co-Founder Co-founded Dynamic Greenhouse and helped improve a greenhouse capable of operating in areas of extreme heat and cold, and equipped with automated growing and climate control systems. Using Dynamic Foam for insulation and Dynamic Fog for shading, the greenhouse operates with 80% less energy, 95% less water, 60% less labour, and provides daily harvests year-round.

Dec 2017 – Feb 2019: Canivate Growing Systems Inc. – Co-Founder Co-founded Canivate Growing Systems, a greenhouse and technology company capable of growing cannabis in an automated production line that produces daily harvests. Helped develop the business plan and made it possible to raise $13 million to develop the company.

Jan 2015 – Feb 2019: HydroHaus Horticulture Inc. – President and Co-Founder Co-Founded HydroHaus and helped develop a greenhouse capable of operating in areas of extreme heat and cold and equipped with automated growing and climate control systems. The greenhouse was designed to lower inputs and maximize yields. Company helped finance Canivate Growing Systems.

Jan 2012 – Dec 2015: NuAgri Inc. – VP Business Development NuAgri, was the first company in North America to develop a greenhouse using ETFE, a non- petroleum-based plastic. The ETFE was fabricated into pneumatic pillows to provide insulation against the cold. NuAgri was sold to Chinese company interested in acquiring the technology.

Jul 2009 – Mar 2011: Turbo-Fit – Co-Founder and VP Business Development Turbo-Fit, a Vancouver-based fitness solution that provides a one-hour workout in fifteen minutes. Established an international network of licensed fitness centres and trainers.

Aug 2008 – Apr 2009: GaleForce Solutions – Business Development Consultant GaleForce Solutions is a Vancouver-based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and the developer of a CRM solution targeted at the Financial Services industry. Jun 2004 – Feb 2006: Cybertrust UK Ltd – Sales Executive Cybertrust is a London-based and the largest privately-owned security firm in the world that focuses on risk management, compliance and managed security services. Generated over $2.5 million new business; discovered and cultivated multiple new “beach head” customers; opened accounts for major clients including Vodafone, T-Mobile and BP; and built and designed business plans for multiple new market segments.

Nov 2003 – Jun 2004: NetScaler Inc. – Sales Manager Northern Europe NetScaler, a San Francisco-based start-up later purchased by Citrix, provides technology designed to accelerate the performance of Web-based applications. As Sales Manager of Northern Europe, identified and developed multiple new “beach head” customers; closed major deals with companies including Barclays Bank and Betfair; and generated revenues of $1.6 million in a completely greenfield market for the company.

Nov 2001 – Nov 2003: Qualys Ltd – Northern European Regional Sales Manager Qualys, a San Francisco-based start-up, became the market leader in vulnerability assessment as an on-demand auditing platform. Grew the business from $100k to $3 million in two years; increased channel service revenue by 150%; acquired first major enterprise customers for the UK; opened accounts for companies including T-Mobile, ING Bank, British Telecommunications, Schlumberger Sema, and PWC.

Nov 1999 - Nov 2001: Nokia Internet Communications (NIC) – Sales Executive/UK Corporate Sales Manager

NIC worked with enterprise security software companies to create integrated solutions for greater control of hardware, operating systems, and networking functionality. Grew team business from $2 million to $20 million per annum, in two years; closed deals with companies including Merrill Lynch

($1.25 million), Lloyds TSB ($3.6 million), Reuters ($2 million) and HSBC ($3.5 million); achieved over 200% of sales quota; awarded a place in the 2001 Circle of Excellence; and awarded the 2000 Global Corporate Sales Team of the Year; and in 2000, promoted to UK and Ireland Corporate Sales Manager.

Sep 1996 - Nov 1999: Olicom Networks – Sales Executive Marketed Token-Ring network solutions to the financial service sector and included a $3.5 million deal with Lloyds TSB Bank and a $1.5 million deal with Royal Sun Alliance Insurance. Olicom Networks was sold to Madge Networks.

Aug 1994 - Sep 1999: AST Europe Ltd. – Corporate Sales Enterprise sales selling PC’s, Laptops, and Servers to the financial services industry. Closed a deal of $15 million with the HSBC banking Group, making it the largest customer in Europe. Also closed a $2.5 million deal with Norwich Union Insurance, which is now part of Aviva.
