●Working as an SME for the State of California, Los Angeles Unified School District, LA Proper City Council & reporting directly to the California Transportation Commissioner (Hillary Norton) and the Metro Public Transportation Leadership Team. I Created the first portion of The Decade of Downtown project. Built a cloud data repository that gathered Qualtrics survey meta and end user input. Automated the AWS instance with RH Linux Ansible, that I setup to create if/then routes to distinguish demographics and surveyed answers, then dropped key information in respective SQL Tables for Simple one-click queries and large reporting templates. The project is dedicated to reducing traffic in and around the Downtown area of Los Angeles. I created cost/benefit scenarios for initiatives such as the feasibility of applying a carbon tax to the larger organizations that refuse to scale up their car-pooling initiatives or having employees use public transportation. I also brought in Fleet and Logistic Executives from Fedx, UPS, DHL and Amazon to discuss how we may reduce or stagger delivery times to again reduce the daily congestion and idea of the scope. My ideas were well received so much so I presented a multitude of solutions to Mayor Garcetti and came out of it with a list of goals that must be met such as improving the ridership on Metro Trains & Buses. Then personal safety came up while using these types of public services. I created a cost benefit for executive level public traveling where Metro provides higher-end business class service. I explained the cost of using a business class public transit alternative and how it would offset the cost compared to what buildings are charging for monthly parking for one person car commuters. A “Big Data” project that brought some feasible solutions to the forefront of decision makers.

●Performed with my team(s) and designed the implementation of 66+ data centers, applying technical expertise in mixed infrastructures, OS & hardware environments. With Pre-action fire safety. Virtual servers, desktops and storage. Private, Public and Hybrid Co-locations mission critical secure cloud solutions with redundant collocations. AWS Paas and SaaS, data integrity. Application servers in high-availability/fault tolerant configurations built using Dell Blade servers, EMC-DELL SAN’s, Cisco UCS, and VMware, WYSE Terminals

●Implemented many large-scale networks, based on Cisco, Paolo Alto, F5, HP and Fortigate FW's, switches and routers using OSPF and multicast routing, QoS. Configured failover for WAN using 3 types of circuits from 3 different vendors. PRI’s & POT’s for voice and data, MPLS Data circuit's mostly for secure Fiber inter-office communication. 10GB backbone. SIP Trunking UM, line of sight data Satellite at 5 locations, Fiber and twisted pair from MPOE/DMARC to data center for the best of data integrity.

Overview: In business for 45+ years, the founder recruited me in to source and procure a complete digital transformation and Continuous Process Improvement Growth Initiative, as the growth of the Healthcare industry was moving quickly to electronic health and medical record systems.

●Sourced and Implemented Ansible (RH Linux) open source automation. Significantly improving SLA's internally and with external clients.

●Adding a revenue stream, provided a HIPAA and ISO 9000 compliant middleman x-ray, and high resolution imagery repository, for specialized physicians to review patient progress from anywhere in the world.

●End to End ERP migration from on-prem MAS90 to MAS100. Train the trainer(s). Change Management, example Timesheets for fleet. Built export API for simple Workday integration.

●Engineered a 95% reduction in their paper based activities and implemented a cost effective digital solution that greatly improved their interaction with their clients and put them a step above competitors.

●Created a digital business development and client retention program that saw a 65% increase in receivables and a steady 12 - 16% growth rate for 2014 - 2021, and on track to keep those numbers within that percentage range for fiscal 2022.

Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP – Los Angeles, CA. 09/1997 – 07/2012

Title: Senior IT Director

Overview: Performed business analysis services that reduced IT expenditures resulting in organizational realignment, system refinement and significant cost savings. Reported to CFO for 7 Helpdesk and Network Administrators across multiple sites that supported over 800 users and 8,000 clients on a global scale.

●Created a private SaaS platform that serviced over 365 small-medium sized organizations.

●Achieved a Complete Migration to an Azure platform, M365 & Dynamics, SSO & IAMI tied into a single following profile. 1200+ machines for 820 end users easily swapped for a remote workforce 14 years before a pandemic lockdown.

●Driving revenue growth as a new stream for the firm. The platform consisted of MS Dynamics ERP built on SharePoint dashboard. Allowing the end user to create their own instances of client financials dedicating vm as servers with basically a clean canvas of Windows Server 2012/2016.

●Created a table of options for several clients to choose from for financial reporting regulations and estimated potential tax liability based on the current tax codes assigned to the various types of investments. Achieved several Infrastructure Automated SaaS instances at a production collocation on top of an SQL server with the ability to choose from several pre-built reports that handled 98% of their needs. With the Partner dashboard & UI I designed the frame work around a report building wizard using Qlikview and Crystal, based on how they wanted the reporting structures and various models. The latter was roughly 2-3 years ahead of its time. This product and the way it was packaged, served up in a dashboard, received high marks from current clients of whom spread the word and grew the product by 35% in first release, My ideas & project management of the SDLC came through the hands of dev, increasing cloud application use license revenue to $556k in its first year of release. Brought in high net worth clients and family office investments and created the APE's for the dispersed structured data repositories

●Creatively used SAP module integration or SAP lite for a CRM & On-Boarding solution. Saving a minimum of $13k per client install. Working with SAP integrators to realize an extremely robust set of SAP capabilities without the large upfront investment.

●Conducted in-depth technical analysis of all systems, including the governance framework, architecture, disaster recovery including business continuity; delivered GAAP analysis and recommendations with eventual implementation that attained additional clients with existing clients requesting more services..

●Contributed to a steady 25% growth rate y-o-y delivering successful cost effective solutions.
