Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct drills and educate workers by giving them safety orientations, safety talk.

Daily safety and health concerns on site. Make them aware of all potential hazards in their workplace.

Facilitates and records daily toolbox meeting, accident and incident reports in compliance on the safety rules and regulations.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports in compliance with local regulations.

Prepare requisition of all personnel protective equipment and other safety accessories needed by the workers and as for company’s compliance on safety and health regulations.

Inspection of safety sign boards and warning tape to avoid accident.

Inspection of necessary work permits, prior to beginning of any activities at site, necessary work permit.
