While as a mom raising 3 children, developed and implemented replicable programs for fundraising events to benefit the schools of the Ocean View School District. Events included an Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) sanctioned 5K race (Make Tracks for Education), school fairs, and Casino Night. These events raised needed funds for district school libraries, computers and electronic teaching aids, as well materials in support of teachers in the classrooms. Reached out to the community for financial support and sponsorship. Was successful in bringing in volunteers needed to make the events successful. Provided School District with complete and executable event concepts, materials, along with policies and procedures, which are still being used today.

This required the maintenance of inventories and the delivery of finished goods. Supported New York City and Los Angeles showrooms with sample goods prior to full-scale manufacturing. Aided sales representatives periodically in selling samples to small retailers as well as department stores.
