Maintained continuous and reliable operation of the high/low pressure boiler system for the heating of the entire facility, as well as the Clean Steam generators for the process of steam purification/water for injections.

Also performed all routine preventive/predictive maintenance while following all CGMP/SOP requirements and company policies.

Maintained the operation, repairing, and production of the building utilities such as: high pressure boilers, chillers, motors, pumps, as well as the cooling towers.

Maintained the heating/cooling throughout the entire facility via BAS using HONEYWELL/JOHNSON controls.

Executed all assigned preventive/predictive maintenance on all mechanical parts, devices, air conditioning units while keeping daily logs

Maintained the operation of the boiler system while chemically treating the boiler feed water.
