I also verified sales records and quarterly bonuses and monitored incoming calls for sales staff and manager. As office personnel decreased due to phasing out of our Pittsburgh office, my duties changed to that of Inside Sales - I handled contract renewals and quoted prospective customers. Reason for leaving -Pittsburgh Sales Office closed.

Duties included setting up accounts, typing, mailing, tracking and filing contracts, entering and tracking historical usage figures, typing all correspondence for Retail Sales Manager, computing monthly gas nomination figures, and handling customer questions and problems. Sales accounts were sold to Enron and my position would no longer exist. I was, however, interviewed and hired by Enron immediately.

Started at PNC on a temporary assignment and was transferred to the Legal Department when a permanent assignment opened there. In Legal, I worked for 2 Vice Presidents typing correspondence, memos, loan documents, setting up meetings and seminars, handled incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate legal area. Due to a reorganization, nine attorneys were cut from the legal staff. As the last secretary hired in the department, my position also was phased out.
Executive Secretary

Began as Secretary in Central Support where I typed financial reports, typed tax forms and assembled tax returns. I was then was promoted to Executive Secretary for three of the partners in the firm. I was then responsible for typing their correspondence, maintaining schedules, arranging meetings and composing meeting agendas. During tax season I also continued to assemble tax returns and type tax forms.
