MedNax – Southeast Region Chief Operating Officer of American Anesthesia Physician Practice

-As part of a national, multi-million-dollar corporate restructuring engagement between A&M and MedNax, Inc. (NYSE:MD), served as the Southeast Region COO of the $1.25 billion-dollar American Anesthesia (AA) division of MedNax

-Responsible for 11 physician practices in Florida, Georgia, and Virginia with revenues of $280 million

-Turnaround included setting an ambitious EBITDA goal for the region and exceeding the metric by 11% going into the COVID-19 Pandemic

-Set a disruptive course for cost containment and revenue generation during COVID-19
