Direct counseling in the Pediatrics ward usually patients are (Malnourish, poor weaning, etc.) and Daycare patients with anemia, as well as daily Gynecology patients with anemia, GDM, PIH, etc. Keeping a daily record of patients' progress using the HMIS portal. Investigation to acute illness concerns and provide meal plans based on patients' medical nutrition therapy was my daily routine.
