PROFILE

Team leading a Grants Process Review of World Bank Grants, identifying program challenges, project and program cycle effectiveness and formulating case studies in the health and financing sectors, leading to financing allocation alterations in the Grant cycle. Formulating guidelines and tool kits for Trust Fund and financing modalities, single donor and multi donor trust funds, integrating risks frameworks taking into account both ex ante and ex post inefficiencies in the grants project cycle, and ex post effectiveness issues, with measures for prevention and mitigation.
