Managed the real estate corporate banking group in Canada and the U.S. which was responsible for origination, due diligence, underwriting, and portfolio management of a $20 billion loan portfolio to public and private institutional real estate companies, including Real Estate Investment Trusts, Real Estate Operating Companies, Public Pension Funds, Private Equity Sponsors and Funds.

Loan types included corporate revolvers, term loans, bridge loans, warehousing, note-on-note, construction loans and equity subscription financing.
