Program Implementation, Growth and Quality

• Sets targets for program growth in agreement with the Board;

• Sets annual program implementation plan and follow through on it’s implementation;

• Assures the quality implementation of all planned programs to meet growth goals.

• Establishes a strong working relationship with independent schools, universities and with corporations providing volunteers. Identifies on a regular basis new corporations.

• Access the Junior Achievement and INJAZ Al-Arab portals for best practices.

• Attends and actively participates in INJAZ al-Arab regional events (ex; RCC, Training, CEO meetings …etc)
