Superintendent Production

Worked at Bronco Winery for the last ** years. I was a Superintendent in charge of hiring and firing. Working in the production area also. We're a very fast paced operation and we had to work with all of the different departments within the Winery. We a great challenge to me every day and we took pride in meeting the goals of our company. Every day we had something different to deal with.
