Eddy current braking

Braking System with no loss of heat due

to friction. This is achieved by fixing the

magnet adjacent to the brake disc, which in

turn produces the eddy current in the

rotating disc due to magnetic flex when the

brake is applied. As there is no physical

contact between brake and magnet, there is

no loss due to friction.
