•Responsible for answering inquiries from individual consumers who had ACA health coverage through the Federal Marketplace, prospective new enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf including but not limited to giving general information while as assisting individuals and families in applying for health care coverage through the new state-based Marketplace.
