Caliber Home Loans- 7/1/2019 to 8/2/2022-

-DE and Conventional Underwriter- Underwriting Conventional, and FHA

loan files. Extensive review and validate credit, Analyze assets, income

- Underwriter- Underwriting conventional mortgages. Extensive

review and validate credit reports, review collateral, review title, review

complex income documentation and tax returns, analyze assets, WVOE', W2's,

paystubs, assets, calculate DTI and LTV, review file for credit risk

assessment, either approve, counteroffer or decline loan files as well as

manual underwrites. Review DU findings or LP, clear conditions received

and work with loan officers and loan processor to be able to get files to

closing. Pipeline of approximately $50,000,000.00. Issue initial and final

credit decisions and clear files for closing.

- Processing Manager- Manage a pipeline between 150-200 loan

files with a pipeline of $35,000,000.00 and a staff of 12 employees,

including Loan Processors and Support Specialists. Managed the day to day

reporting and workflow of the files. Handled complaints from borrowers and

Mortgage Sales Support staff as well as monitored the staff to makes sure

that they were completing the required daily tasks. Work closely with the

Underwriting team and Closing team to make sure that the files are

processed and sent to Underwriting and closing in a timely manner. Managed

the weekly timecards as well as complete weekly/monthly coaching when

required and weekly pipeline reviews with the staff.

-QC Analyst - Completed Quality reviews of files on all

levels from the point of initial submission for approval as well as Final

approval and submission to closing. Reviewed files for accuracy and to make

sure that guidelines were met as required by the investor. Was the Licensed

Supervisor in charge, supported the staff in meeting the State

requirements of completing mortgage files within the state requirements for

the S.A.F.E Act.

-Loan Processor - Managed a pipeline of approximately 35-40

files monthly. Contacting the borrower from the time of initial

application and assisted in obtaining documentation from the borrowers for

getting the Initial loan approval. Upon initial loan approval, contacted

the customer to obtain the remaining documentation required to get the

Final approval. Ordered title, appraisal, credit supplements, HOA

information, insurance and set up the closing with the customer upon Final

approval of the file. Calculate DTI, LTV/CLTV, review appraisals,

insurance, Flood certs, check for Red Flags, omissions and check for

inaccuracies. Mainly worked on MHA files and Conventional.

-Hill York Air Conditioning - 09/18/2008 - 10/26/2012

-Project Administrator - Answer phones, assisting in

dispatching techs, pull permits for retro/service, reconcile the

company checkbook monthly, make all the deposits, collections for

retro/construction team, order the office supplies and stock shelves,

create purchase orders for technicians, customer service, enter PM

agreements, collections, Human Resources Liaison for the branch, which

includes application processes for new employees and getting them through

the initial hire process. I submit all market recovery for the branch to

the local union hall, enter payroll for over 50 employees and process

payroll reports.. Keep contract files in order. Highly organized and strong

multi-tasking.

-JTP Management & Investments, Inc. - 11/2007 - 09/2008

-Administrative Assistant- Answer phones, filing, completing and

follow-up of work orders, mailing payments to owners and contractors,

clerical, strong organizational skills and customer service, collections of

past due rents, daily maintenance of vendor and rental files. Accounts

Receivable and accounts payable, bank reconciliation. Work with PROMAS.

-Permitting Solutions - 01/2006 - 08/2007

-Permit Expediter - Submitted and followed up with the permit

submittals as well as revisions and corrections for several companies,

including major builders. Upon completion, picked up and delivered permits

to job sites. Job included but not limited to, customer service, courier,

submittal paperwork, packaging permit submittals, follow up and delivery of

permitted plans and recorded of Notice of Commencements.

-Sterling Bank - 07/2005 - 01/2006

- Mortgage Department Supervisor - Supervised the Mortgage

department, was in charge of 6 employees, processing, underwriting, closing

and post closing departments. Monitored the staff to make sure that the

files were closing in a timely manner and making sure that the files were

shipped to the investors on time after closing. Was in charge of audits of

files and collecting outstanding docs on sold files. Also Underwrote 20-30

loan files per month included conventional and construction files. Reviewed

files for accuracy, manually calculated DTI, LTV/CLTV, reviewed draw

schedules, reviewed construction contracts as well and the land acquisition

contracts. Prepared files for review with the bank President to be able to

get Bank President approval to complete larger loans. Input the payroll

time for all 6 employees, held monthly meetings and went over reports with

-Operations Manager - Underwriter (DE/LAPP/SAR Approved) -

Managed a staff of underwriters, processors, closers and upfront data entry

loan officer assistants- staff of 17. I also approved and underwrote

Conventional, FHA (DE Approved) & VA (LAPP/SAR approved), subprime and alt

a products as well. Had an approval limit of $1Million with most lenders.

Underwrote between 75-120 loans per month, upfront pre-approvals to final

loan approvals. Calculated debt to income ratios manually and reviewed all

credit reports, validated debts, reviewed tax returns, reviewed appraisals,

Performed SAR reviews of appraisals, manually underwrote both FHA and VA

loan files as well as conventional files. Requested documentation to be

able to approve the loan within lender guidelines to be able to sell them

on the Secondary Market. Worked for a builder doing all purchases on new

construction. Up front and back end approvals. I interviewed and hired over

100 new employees, prepared new hire packages, went over benefits, did

annual reviews and disciplinary actions, handled submitting of payroll to

Human Resources, Training of new personnel as well as training for new

Underwriters. Monitored reports on a daily basis to assure the maximum

closings per month. Closed between 250-500 files per month.

-SR. Loan Processor- Sr. loan processor, process incoming

files for FHA, VA, and Conventional & Subprime loans. Order title for

closing loans, prepare package to submit to lender, submit loan files,

clear conditions, ordered appraisals, ordered title, ordered insurance, Ran
