Project/Field Supervisor (2018 – 2019)

Responsible for hiring and training new technicians and supervising all operations for the AMI project including initializing a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse and managing all operations of a 100,000 meter deployment.

1. Conducted Tailboard safety meetings to ensure technicians considered possible hazards and to shed light on these potential hazards to ensure safer working habits. 2. Assigned meters, meter routes and scheduled jobs/appointments. Checked inventory at the beginning and end of day to ensure all equipment was accounted for new and old. 3. Supervised techs in the field with all issues from exchanging meters (arc flashes, broken blocks and customer issues).

4. Performed Job Safety Observations. Worked with IT department to fix issues in the Cat60 handheld when problems arose.

5. Maintained all fleet vehicles, tools and PPE.

Field Supervisor Columbus, OH (2018)

Supervised a team of up to 80 AMI meter technicians with responsibilities as above. Completed all training assigned by Aclara. Certified with: OSHA 30, RCRA Operations for Warehouse Managers and RCRA Law for Warehouse Managers. Completed many additional training courses to be a successful Field Supervisor for a deployment of over 900,000 Electric AMI meters. Meter Technician Piqua, OH (2017)

Installed 20,000 AMI water meters for the city of Piqua. Performed tasks including Operations/Warehouse Manager and Lead Installer. Worked together with the Field Supervisor and city management to assist in all aspects of the project. A STURDY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Newark, OH 2013 – 2017 Owner

Owned and operated a handyman service which included the design and building of decks and fences of all types, interior/exterior trim and painting, vinyl siding, roofs, landscape, electric, plumbing and concrete renovations. Used various equipment like Bobcats, Track Hoes, backhoes, Ditch Witches, etc.
