Responsible for;

Monitor and coordinate the day to day activities and operations of the Section.

Recommend customary law marriage, payment of Estate Monies, reimbursements and funeral assistance.

Calculation of pension benefits and ensuring that they are paid to rightful beneficiaries within the earliest possible time.

Monitor compliance to pension acts and regulations.

Verification of documents.

Investigating fraud cases and draft recommendations on how to handle such cases.

Ensure uniformity of source documents through educating all participants on information that they are supposed to supply for pension benefit processing.

Maintaining excellent relationships with pensioners, widows, guardians, human resources departments and other regulatory authorities.
