To start the line; enter codes, run metal checks, and do necessary sign off paperwork with Quality Control and the Supervisor

Manage 4 -5 line workers and the hopper filler

Gather materials and communicate with the next line lead Blender I & II

Review the board and cleaning document for the daily task

Order materials, set up, and blend according to the blend sheet

Perform allergen wet or dry cleans and keep area clean

Demonstrate test blends and answer questions for customers

Train new employees

Hopper Filler

Verify SU’s against label on material for accuracy and complete paperwork

Keep the hopper filled and communicate with the line lead

Watch for foreign materials
