Work Experience
Production Supervisor/Manager
Rosti - Cary, NC
August 2013 to June 2022
I worked in plastics for about 4 years then joined the Army, when I came back I went back to work for the same place. A little over13 years in total. I worked my way up from the bottom as a machine tender then a material handler then I worked in the maintenance department then I was a set-up tech
(changing molds). I had a mentor who taught me a lot about how injection molding works. I was supposed to eventually take his position but upper management new I had surpassed him. They sent me to schools for plastic processing. I am a Master Molder. I was the lead processor and supervisor of about 20-25 personnel. I supervised all three shifts at one point or another. I was a supervisor for about 6 years, giving my personnel duties for the day, beginning and end of shift meetings and my daily reports. Education
