Shahig Industrial Contracting Company/ Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia Aug 2010 – Aug 2016 SME Knowledge Transfer Supervisor GC/GS 14 (Aug 2010 – Aug 2016) Brian L Nolen led the development, implementation, and evaluation of a Knowledge Transfer Program from concept to completion. Brian spearheaded training creation and delivery for the Drilling and Work-Over Training Department at Saudi Aramco. Brian managed to develop and deliver an enterprise-wide training curriculum to advance proficiency for a large diverse workforce. Brian advised HR Management on the hiring and termination process of Ex-pats contractors. Brian leveraged solid training expertise to deliver accurate recommendations for new development and enhancement of current training programs, including content development for synchronous and asynchronous learning and other technology-based training.
